PIN option for Benefit CardsThe healthcare reform law places new limits on the amount employees can contribute to their Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
Beginning in 2013, employees will only be allowed to set aside $2,500 for their Health Care FSA. After 2013, the $2,500 Health Care limit will be adjusted each year for inflation.
The Dependent Care Account remains at a $5,000 annual limit.
2013 Commuter Limits
The monthly pre-tax contribution limit for transit expenses is $245.00/month.
The monthly pre-tax parking limit is $245.00/month.

2013 FSA Medical Mileage Rate Increase
Effective January 1, 2013 the standard mileage rate for the use of cars (also vans and trucks) will be increased by 1 cent, from 23 to 24 cents per mile driven for medical care.
