The IRS has released 2009 Cost of Living Adjustments for Transportation Benefits
For 2009, the monthly limit on the amount that may be excluded from an employees income will be $230 for qualified parking benefits and $230 for qualifed transit expenses.
Mileage Rate for Medical Transportation
The 2009 FSA Mileage Rate for Medical Transportation will be a 16.5 -cents standard mileage rate for use of an automobile to obtain medical care for 2009.
